(1) Recognize
What is failure? Is it permanent? Is there a second chance? When is someone a failure? When he/she makes a mistake, quits or think he/she is? Your guess ia as good as mine!
(2) Review
Failure should be your teacher, not your undertaker! Failure is delay, not defeat. It’s a temporary detour, not a dead-end street. A winner is big enough to admit mistakes, smart enough to profit from them and strong enough to correct them.
(3) Repress
Maybe your own personal problems and hang-ups caused the failure. If so, begin to work immediately on your self-discipline. If the problem is you, take control of yourself and actions.
(4) Readjust
“It’s not what you have lost, but what you have left that counts.”
(5) Re-enter
“You can’t learn without mistakes!” Mistakes mark the road to success. He who makes no mistakes makes no progress. Make sure you generate a reasonable number of mistakes.
However, too many people are so afraid of failing that they make their lives rigid with checks and counterchecks, discourage change and, in the end, they miss the opportunity that can send their life skyrocketing.
